Thank you for shopping with JMK Customs. Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there is a significant delay there will be notifications across the top of our website stating current ship times.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: [7-10 business days]
- Expedited Shipping: Our parts are custom pieces that take longer to manufacture. We do not offer Expedited shipping on orders.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:

Domestic: United States
-
International: Canada, European countries. If your country does not populate in shopping cart we do not ship to that region.
International shipping times may vary depending on customs processing.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Customs, Duties, and taxes:
JMK Customs is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at jmkcustomsinc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your shipment with photos of the damage.
JMK Customs is not liable for products lost or stolen after they are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. However, we will help you file a claim if needed.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
